Fenton Place Pet Policy

Residents' pets are welcome at Fenton Place. Each pet must be approved in writing by the management, and is not permitted to disturb other residents in any way.

Cats must be spayed or neutered, and current on all required inoculations.

A $300 non-refundable pet deposit is required. One deposit will cover all the pets.

Keep them inside the apartment at all times, except when carrying or leash-walking them to someplace else.

Clean up any mess they make immediately.

Birds & Rodents must be properly caged.

Aquarium Pets are allowed without a deposit.

For large aquariums, a $300 refundable deposit may be required. Check with the manager.
